Claudia Malecka is a Berlin-based Creative Director working at the intersection of advertising, art and branding, spanning film direction, photography, art direction and multimedia practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Visual Communication from the University of the Arts Berlin (UdK Berlin), with a focus on advertising, fine arts and film. Her work is defined by a precise sense of visual judgement and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear direction, shaping how communication is perceived across campaigns, identities and cultural contexts.
Her work has been recognised internationally, including the London Fashion Film Festival, the Poster Museum Warsaw and the B3 Biennale of the Moving Image Frankfurt, where she received the Emerging Talent Award. Alongside her practice, she develops and leads selected executive sessions and in-house formats for founders and teams, and has been engaged in teaching and mentoring within academic environments, including as a lecturer for photography at HTW Berlin and as a tutor in advertising and audiovisual media at the University of the Arts Berlin and the University of Art Braunschweig.
She works with brands, founders across independent and commercial projects, defining positioning, strengthening visual authority and establishing clear creative direction during phases of repositioning, growth and expansion.
