We apply the same data protection standard to all visitors worldwide, based on the EU GDPR, with additional rights for visitors in the US and UK set out below.
Data we process / Server logs (IP, browser, time of access) are collected automatically by our host Webflow, Inc. (USA) to deliver the site securely – Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Contact data you send by e-mail is processed to answer your enquiry – Art. 6 (1)(b)/(f) GDPR. Booking data (name, e-mail, company name, website, Instagram handle, preferred language, appointment details) is processed via Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace, Inc., USA) to arrange your appointment – Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted once no longer needed and no retention periods apply. We do not sell or share personal data, and do not use it for advertising.
International data transfers / Webflow and Acuity process data in the USA. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. By using the booking tool or contacting us from outside the EU, your data may be processed in the EU and the USA.
Cookies / Only technically necessary cookies (site + booking) are used. No tracking or marketing cookies.
Children / This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process data of persons under 16.
